ELIGIBILITY:
The Dell Laptop Giveaway is eligible to all
participants who are (18) years of age or older at
the time of drawing, and has purchased any product
or service which will automatically enter said party
into the drawing. All past and current employees of
Global Internet Systems, LLC and their immediate
relatives, are not eligible to participate.
CONTEST ENTRY:
The drawing will be held after the 500th purchase
has been processed from the time this contest began
(02/04/2006) Entry can only be initiated from our
website. There are no other means of entry
available. No mechanical reproductions permitted.
Global Internet Systems will not be responsible for
incomplete, lost, post-due, misdirected or illegible
entries.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
By entering the contest giveaway, entrant agrees that
(1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of
action arising out of or in connection with the
contest giveaway, or any prize awarded, shall be
resolved individually without resort to any form of
class action; (2) any claims, judgments and awards
shall be limited to actual out of pocket costs
incurred, including costs associated with entering
the contest giveaway, but in no event attorney’s
fees; (3) under no circumstances will any entrant be
permitted to obtain any award for, and entrant
hereby waives all rights to claim punitive,
incidental or consequential damages and any and all
rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise
increased and any other damages, other than damages
for actual out of pocket expenses.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE:
The contest winner will be notified by telephone,
e-mail, and/or registered U.S. Mail within one week
of the drawing to be held one day after the 500th
customer entry. Confirmation of receipt of winner’s
notification must be received 90 days post
notification. Return of prize notification as
undeliverable or failure to acknowledge winner’s
notification, may result in disqualification and an
alternate winner may be selected. The winner may
waive their right to receive grand prize. The grand
prize is nonassignable and nontransferable. No
substitutions are allowed. Cash will not be awarded
in lieu of the stated grand prize. The winner will
allow 3 to 7 weeks for delivery of laptop, postage
for laptop will be funded by GIS, LLC. The winner is
solely responsible for reporting and payment of any
federal, state, and local taxes and will receive a
1099 form. Except where prohibited, participation in
the contest giveaway constitutes entrant’s consent
to the publication of his or her name, biographical
information and likeness in any media for any
commercial or promotional purpose, without
limitation or further compensation.
